Price per mailbox

A mailbox on your own domain costs from €1.99 per month. You need a domain connected to SiteAI — for example a .lv domain at €16.99/year (see .lv domain registration). No contract; cancel any time.

Why email on your own domain matters

A customer who receives a quote or invoice from info@yourcompany.lv immediately sees a real business behind it; messages from free mailboxes are more often read as private mail, or filtered as spam. The address also belongs to your company: when an employee leaves, the mailbox stays with you rather than in their personal account. And it is simply practical — the address matches your website, so it is easy to remember and to print on cards and invoices.

Which addresses to create

Most small businesses need one or two mailboxes. A common setup is info@ as the shared address for the website and invoices, plus a personal address for the owner such as janis@ for partners and suppliers. If you get many orders, add orders@. Avoid creating mailboxes "just in case": each one has to be checked, or customer emails get missed. Use plain Latin letters without Latvian diacritics (ā → a) so the address is easy to dictate and type.

Setup

After you create a mailbox, your SiteAI account shows the connection details: server names, ports and login. Then:

1. iPhone: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other. Android: in Gmail or your mail app choose Add account → Other (IMAP).
2. Enter your address (e.g. info@yourcompany.lv) and the mailbox password.
3. Fill in the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) servers from your SiteAI account.
4. Send yourself a test message.

Outlook on a computer works the same way: Add account → IMAP, with the same servers.

Moving from a free mailbox

• Put the new address on your website, invoices, Google Business Profile and business cards.
• Keep the old address for a while and forward it to the new one, or add the new mailbox to your existing mail app so nothing gets lost.
• Use the new address in your signature so regular clients pick it up naturally.
